The federal case said Vickers approached the teen on Snapchat and Tinder and convinced her to meet him in Tupelo.

Devalon Ford, 17, of Tupelo, was charged with Grand Larceny, Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Felony Fleeing. 

It was last week when investigators said he was a person they wanted to speak with in connection about a recent burglary.

Authorities believe the thefts have taken place during the past six months.

In time, Parramore will be reimbursed from his insurance company.
