Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing

This is a classic and delicious twist on traditional dressing/stuffing, and it’s in the crock-pot!  It’s also super easy to make and also so delicious!  Here’s my Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing recipe that you’ll be sure to love at Thanksgiving, or even for a meal of its own!

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 lb sausage, cooked
3 0z bacon bits
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2 cups chicken stock
6 cups unseasoned bread cubes
4 tbs melted butter
2 tbs sage
2 tsp rosemary
2 tbs parsley
salt/pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients into crock pot.
2. Cook low and slow 4-6 hours, until done.
3. Enjoy!
