Corinth Police Look For Rustlers
CORINTH, Miss. (AP) – The Corinth Police Department is looking for horse thieves.
A detective tells The Daily Corinthian (http://bit.ly/T62nPq ) that it appears a black Tennessee Walker was stolen from a pasture at a residence early Thursday.
The suspects apparently attempted to take two horses but only got one. The resident discovered that the horse was missing when someone notified him that the other horse was loose.
Capt. Ralph Dance said it appears the horse was loaded into a trailer and taken away. A saddle was stolen from a barn at the residence.
Dance said the horse is like a pet to the family, and they want it returned.
