Cool, Fall Air This Week.

TODAY: Nice and cool. Sunny, with a high near 70°. North winds 10-15 mph with gusts around 20 mph.

TONIGHT: Clear and cool. Lows in the low 40s.

TUE/WED/THU: Dry, sunny and comfortable. Temperatures right around average this time of year, with highs in the mid 70s. Overnight, clear and cool, with lows in the 40s.

FRI/SAT/SUN: Warmer, but still quite pleasant. Highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s under mostly sunny skies. Overnight lows in the mid to upper 50s. Our next rain chance looks to be Monday of next week.

TROPICS: Post Tropical Storm Ophelia will make landfall in Ireland today with hurricane force conditions, and make a second landfall across the northern UK late tonight with tropical storm force conditions. An area of low pressure east of the Bahamas has a moderate chance of developing into Philippe. The current forecast for this system is to swing northeast away from the continental United States.
