Comfortable Thanksgiving

COLUMBUS, Mississippi (WCBI) – Heavy cloud coverage cleared this afternoon and temperatures tonight are going to take a quick drop. Thanksgiving Thursday will be quite comfortable! Should feel pretty good for Black Friday shopping too.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Thanksgiving Eve is here! Everyone is prepping for one of the biggest meals of the year. Today’s heavy cloud coverage cleared this afternoon and the clear sky will continue into tonight. Overnight low temperatures will drop into the middle 30s.

THANKSGIVING: Turkey day will start off COLD and will gradually warm up into the middle 50s. The first bit of the day will be mostly clear and sunny. Very comfortable for filling your tummies! Late afternoon and early evening will start to fill the sky with some clouds. The clouds will continue moving in from the South throughout the rest of the night, keeping temperatures slightly warmer in the low 40s.

FRIDAY: High temperatures will be a little bit warmer, heading towards the upper 50s. Cloud coverage will be light, allowing plenty of sun to shine. With the clearer sky, the overnight temperatures will be cool again in the middle to upper 30s.
