Columbus Woman Arrested In Stabbing Investigation

On November 25, 2014 at approximately 01:14 A.M., the Columbus Police Department responded to 2415 3rd Avenue South in reference to a disturbance.
When they arrived, they found a 43 yoa female bleeding from her head and reporting she had been stabbed.
A suspect was named and officers located the suspect at her residence located at 2415 3rd Avenue South.
The suspect, Fayette Lorae Dozier, was detained and charged with Aggravated Assault.
The victim was stabbed multiple times in the head, arm, hand, chest, and back. The victim was transported to Baptist Memorial where she is recovering in ICU.
The suspect and victim knew each other, but no motive has been established.
Fayette Lorae Dozier was charged with Aggravated Assault and her bond was set at $50,000 by Judge Marc Amos.
