Columbus Teen Charged With Statutory Rape

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Columbus teenager is arrested for statutory rape.

18-year-old Jonquil Ball was arrested Thursday for the statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl.

Columbus police say a 9-1-1 call was made reporting Ball.

Ball is a student at Columbus High School. His bond is set at five thousand dollars.
