Columbus Man Charged With Enticement of a Child

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)-Lowndes County Sheriffs Department have arrested a Columbus firefighter on charges of Exploitation of a Child. 30 year-old Tyler Lofton was arrested today by deputies after a lead in December through cyber crimes lead them to obtain a search warrant of his residence. The Sheriff’s Department performed a search and seizure of Lofton’s personal computer. And say they found what they believe to be child pornography on Lofton’s computer. Lofton married last year. His bond is set for later.
