Columbus Man Arrested in Starkville on Possession Charges

STARKVILLE, Miss. (SPD RELEASE) – On Thursday, July 27, 2017, at approximately 11:00 P.M. the Starkville Police Department arrested 26-year old Andrew B. George, of Columbus, for possession of controlled substance (felony), possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, no insurance, and expired tag.

George was transported to the Oktibbeha County Jail with a total bond of $7,125 and later bonded out. His next court date in municipal court is scheduled for Monday, August 28, 2017, at 6:00 P.M.
