Columbus Businessman Appointed to Mississippi Business Finance Corporation

JACKSON, Miss. Jabari O. Edwards, Sr. of Columbus, Mississippi was confirmed by the Mississippi State Senate to The Mississippi Business Finance Corporation. He was appointed by Governor Phil Bryant to fill the position, which was vacated by the untimely passing of Mr. N.L. Carson.

The Mississippi Business Finance Corporation serves as the primary source of the state’s project financing and administers several finance incentive programs for both new and existing businesses located throughout the State of Mississippi.

Mr. Edwards term expires March 31, 2020
