Cocaine & Marijuana Seized During Traffic Stop

CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)- A traffic stop turns into a drug bust after Clay County Deputies say they found cocaine and marijuana.

Deputies pulled over Andrew Logan, 51, last Friday on Highway 46 in the western part of the county, according to Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott.

Sheriff Scott says 11.2 grams of cocaine and over 9 grams of marijuana was recovered.

Scott says Logan is being charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, on top of being charged with a DUI.

The Clay County Narcotics Unit and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics is investigating the case.
