Clay County man indicted on child sex crime
CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Clay County man was indicted on a child sex crime.
Troy Creely was charged with touching a child for lustful purposes.
Prosecutors allege the incident happened in April 2018.
Creely is accused of touching a 17-year-old at the time.
A Clay County Grand Jury recently returned the indictment.
Creely has been released on a $50,000 bond.
A trial date has not been set.
