Clay County assault: Woman injured, man faces charges

CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – An argument led to a woman being injured in Clay County.

60-year-old Todd Sanders was charged with domestic violence aggravated assault.

Sheriff Eddie Scott said there was an argument between Sanders and a woman.

The victim was allegedly shoved to the ground and injured, requiring surgery.

Bond for Sanders was set at $10,000.
