City Council Suspends Columbus Police Officer

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)- At Tuesday’s city council meeting, Columbus City Councilmen vote to suspend a police officer.

City Spokesman Joe Dillon says the council made the decision during executive session Tuesday.

The circumstances leading to that suspension were not released.
