Video: Chickasaw Student Moved by the Holiday Spirit

CHICKASAW COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A Houlka student is driven by the holiday spirit.
And she’s looking for help from the community to spread that spirit to those in need.
Hannah Warren says a class project at Itawamba Community College in Tupelo made her realize how fortunate she is. It also made the 19-year-old better see those in need in the community.
So she started a coat drive to help provide warm clothes for others in Chickasaw County. She’s also hosting a community meal of soups, sandwiches and desserts for the needy Dec. 14 at the Houlka Community Center.

The meal is from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 14 for all those in need in Chickasaw County. Coats should be dropped off by Dec. 13.
