Charges Filed in Neshoba Teen Party
NESHOBA COUNTY, Miss. (Press Release) — Enforcement Agents with the Mississippi Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) along with the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant Saturday, November 16, 2013 at a residence located at 552 Holland Avenue, Philadelphia, MS. The warrant was based on information of an underage drinking party being hosted at this residence.
Agents seized and destroyed approximately 15 gallons of mixed alcoholic beverages and a keg of beer. The search of the residence also discovered equipment used to manufacture fake Mississippi driver’s licenses. Agents seized a computer, printer, laminator, and other items such as blank card stock and ultraviolet ink.
Colby Breazeale, 19, was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Fraudulent Driver’s Licenses, Possession of a Fraudulent Driver’s License, Possession of Beer by a Minor, Furnishing Beer to Persons Under Twenty-One, and Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor. He was cited and released to appear in the Neshoba County Justice Court.
Samantha Tolbert, 21, sister of Colby Breazeale, was charged with 9 counts of violation of the Social Host law for knowingly allowing persons under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages and/or beer. She was also released to appear in Neshoba County Justice Court.
Eight other minors present at the scene were charged with underage possession and issued citations.
The ABC Bureau of Enforcement and the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) are continuing the investigation regarding manufacturing of fake driver’s licenses and more arrests are possible.
