Caught in the Act: Starkville Police Charge Man with Burglary
STARKVILLE, Miss. – (PRESS RELEASE) The Starkville Police Department arrested 20 year old Brandon Clark Hudson of 506 Carver Drive in Starkville, MS. charging him with residential burglary on March 3, 2014.
Witnesses called the Police Department reporting a black male driving a green Honda Civic had screamed profanities at them. An Officer was dispatched to the general vicinity and discovered the vehicle parked in front of a house in a residential area of Sherwood Forrest. The subject was seen by Officers exiting the home carrying a flat screen television. The subject tried to flee in his vehicle when Officers approached him but got stuck when his vehicle hit a muddy area of the yard. The subject then fled on foot with Officers in pursuit. Officers were able to apprehend Hudson and take him into custody. He is currently being held at the Oktibbeha County Jail. Bond has not been set at this time.
Brandon Clark Hudson was under indictment and out on bail awaiting trial for a prior residential burglary in the Starkville, Ms area.
