Careless driving leads to drug arrest in Tishomingo County

TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Careless driving leads to a drug arrest in Tishomingo County.

36-year-old Manda Daniels is charged felony Possession of Controlled Substance with the intent to sell.

On Saturday, deputies stopped her on Highway 25.

Deputies found needles, scales and empty baggies.

During a search, investigators say they found two bags of what they believe was methamphetamine hidden on her.

Daniels remains in the Tishomingo County Jail.
