Captured: One of Tupelo’s Most Wanted Fugitives

Tisa McDonald, 41

TUPELO, Miss. – (WCBI) A grand jury agreed. There was enough evidence to charge a Tupelo woman for credit car fraud.  Tupelo investigators, however, say she was not easy to locate.

A month later, Tupelo and Sherman police nabbed her. 41 year old Tisa M McDonald was also charged with identity theft. McDonald was one of the Tupelo Police Department’s Top Five Most Wanted Fugitives. Bond is set at $6,000.
