Video: B&W Employees Help Local Daycare Center

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – Employees at a West Point plant give a local daycare center a mini makeover.

Workers from Babcock and Wilcox have spent several days at the Clay County Daycare Center.

They have been cleaning up, painting, and installing shelves on the inside of the center.

Outside, they added playground equipment and toys and spruced up the yard with fresh landscaping.

Workers say they were looking for a hands-on project to give back to the community.

In the past, the B&W has donated food and toys to the center during the holiday season.

Clay county Daycare is a non-profit center and is a United Way agency.
