BREAKING UPDATE – Man Dies In Tupelo Shooting

TUPELO, MS (WCBI) – One man is dead after a domestic dispute Monday afternoon in Tupelo.   Chief  Bart Aquirre says the 20 year old victim died this afternoon shortly after being shot at a duplex at 3558A  Crestview Drive.  A woman at the scene was taken into custody but has not been charged at this time.  The chief says the first call came in around 2:30. When officers arrived they found the victim outside on the ground in front of the residence.  The patrolmen started CPR until paramedics arrived on the scene and carried the victim to the North Mississippi Medical center where he later died from the wounds.
