BREAKING – Arrest Made In Death Of Ole Miss Student

MORGANTOWN, WV (WCBI) – A West Virginia man is facing charges for the hit and run death of Ole Miss junior Carli Sears.

Morgantown Police Chief ed Preston says 19 year old Alex Hambrick of Winfield, West Virginia surrendered Monday in connection with Sears death.  The Ole Miss student from Charleston, West Virginia was hit by a pickup truck around 2:30 Sunday morning.  Hambrick surrendered after the truck which hit Sears and fled was recovered by police.
