BREAKING – 6 Area Wal-Mart Express Stores To Close

BENTONVILLE, ARK. (WCBI) –  6 North Mississippi cities will be losing stores and jobs as part of a major restructuring by Wal-Mart.  The  shopping giant announced it is closing all 102 of its Wal-Mart Express stores as part of a plan to close 269 Wal-Mart stores around the globe.  All of the Mississippi locations are located in the Northern part of the state.  Wal-Mart Express locations in Belmont, Derma, Mantachie, Nettleton, Sardis and Walnut will all be closing January 28th.  WCBI will have reaction to the move tonight on WCBI News
