Booneville Woman Faces Aggravated Assault Charges

PRENTISS COUNTY ( WCBI) – A Booneville woman faces a list of charges after a weekend incident at a County Road 8350 home.

Sheriff Randy Tolar says 34 year old Kelly Nichols was arrested after she fired several shots at the residence.  Nichols is charged with felony aggravated assault manifesting extreme indifference, resisting arrest, and failure to comply with an officer.  Deputies seized a handgun and other evidence at the scene.  Nichols is free on a $25,000 bond
