Bond Set In Starkville Rape, Kidnapping Investigation

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Bond is set at $1.1 million for Terry Lamont Hill, 42, of West Point.

In court documents, investigators say Hill tied up a victim with shoe laces and put them in a closet at a home on Maxwell Street.

Hill is also accused of raping a female.

One victim was hit and kicked multiple times. An iPhone was also taken.

Hill is charged with kidnapping, rape, aggravated assault, and robbery that allegedly happened this past weekend.
