Bond set for Tupelo man accused of domestic violence

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Bond was set at $50,000 for a Tupelo man accused of domestic violence.

On Sunday, police were called to Walker Street for a report of domestic violence.

After further investigation, officers arrested 55-year-old Michael Betts.

Betts was charged with aggravated domestic violence.

On Tuesday, a Municipal Court Judge set his bond at $50,000.

At last check, he was still in the Lee County Jail.
