Body Found in Pickens County

PICKENS COUNTY, Ala. (WCBI)- The body found in Pickens County, Alabama has still not been identified.

Pickens County Coroner Chad Harless says the case is being treated as a homicide.

He also says the body is a middle aged-black male who suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.

Passer-byers saw his body off the of County Road 53 near Bains Road.

The 911 call came in around 8 Sunday morning.
