Blue Springs Hires City Attorney
BLUE SPRINGS, Miss. (WCBI) — The town of Blue Springs is growing and that means the need for more expertise.
Aldermen have hired Chandler Rogers to be the town’s attorney. He practices with the Rogers Law Group in New Albany.
The board also made Jan Musgrove the town’s permanent part-time city clerk.
The Union County town’s location along Highway 78 near the two-year-old Toyota plant has raised hopes for new development.
Last fall, the village of 150 people hired its first police officer and it has expanded from one to three square miles through annexation.
