Video: Blaze Destroys Columbus Mobile Home

COLUMBUS, Miss. – (WCBI)A Columbus home goes up in flames Thursday morning. Firefighters responded to the mobile home of Murphy Jones, Jr. at the end of 22nd Street South just before 8 a.m and found it fully involved. No one was at home at the time.

The trailer was attached to a nearby home via extension cord and cable television wire.

Firefighters have confirmed the blaze is electrical in nature. The trailer was a total loss.
