Bank Robbery Suspect Still Sought

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – Tupelo police are still looking for the man suspected of robbing Renasant bank last Friday (9/21).  Authorities say a man entered the bank around 5 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding money. He didn’t display a weapon but implied he had one with the note.  Detective Jerry Davis said the man left with an undetermined amount of cash. He is described as a white male with a goatee wearing a gray shirt, light colored jeans, and a baseball cap. Crime stoppers will pay a $1000.00 for information that leads to an arrest.
