Arrest Made in Stolen ATM Card Case

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Columbus Police arrest a man accused of using a stolen ATM card.

Curtis Davis, 51, was arrested March 29th, after using the stolen card at a local bank.

Davis has been charged with fraudulent use of an ID after he used the ATM card to withdraw money from an ATM at a Columbus bank.

Police say Davis knew the owner of the card but did not have permission to use the card.

Eight fraudulent transactions were recorded.

His bond is set at $10,000.
