Aberdeen Man Indicted For 3-Year-Old Murder

MONROE CO., Miss. (WCBI) – An Aberdeen man is indicted by a grand jury for the murder of Teresa Ewing.

33-year-old Bryan O’Neal Lyons is now being held in the Monroe
County jail awaiting bond to be set.

Ewing was last seen at her mother’s Aberdeen home in August 2013.

Her ex-boyfriend reportedly came by, asking for a ride home.

Ewing never returned, and search crews found her body in the woods nearly three weeks later.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation then took over the case.
