EUPORA, Miss. (WCBI) — The 3rd annual Memorial Motorcycle Ride took place in Eupora Saturday.
Nearly 60 motorcyclists came out to honor fallen officer Keith Crenshaw that gave his life three years ago. Today’s event included a bike ride, raffle tickets for door prizes, live music and an auction that took place following the bike ride.
Fourteen food supply vendors from the city of Eupora and Mathiston donated tons of food for today’s event also.
Ride Event Coordinator Randy Hood tells us that the fundraisier money will go to a worthy cause for the area and it helps keep Keith’s honor in memory.
“We are trying to raise money for a scholarship fund. it’s going to go to one child from Eupora High School and one child from East Webster because Keith worked the county so that’s where the money is going,” said Ride Event Coordinator Randy Hood.
Randy Hood also says that they will try to get up a scholarship fund each year to go to a child from Eupora and East Webster High School.
