COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI)-A house of ginger, well how about a campus?

MUW Chef Shannon Lindell and her advanced culinary students have taken on the task of rebuilding the front of the campus but instead of wood they’re using gingerbread.

Since September students have gone through several phases cutting, baking, building and testing different types of gingerbread to find the right one.

The gingerbread campus will be on display Friday during Wassail at the ‘W’ from 8PM to 10PM.
