Starkville’s Strong Headed to Coahoma CC

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Yellow jacket faithful were on hand Friday as they watched one of their own choose where she will continue her hoop dreams.

Amaria Strong decided she’ll continue to play basketball as a Tiger at Coahoma Community College.

Strong averaged over nine points per game and was one of the team’s best rebounders.

Coach Kristie Williams is excited to see what the future holds for Strong as she’ll have a chance to showcase all the skills she has.
