Traffic Stop Leads To Arrest

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI)-A traffic stop turns into an a arrest for a Columbus man. 44 year-old Jeffery Finch was traveling down Highway 45 North when he was stopped by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department. The arresting deputy says Finch made a minor traffic violation which caused him to pull him over. The Deputy says he allegedly found a controlled substance on Finch. Finch is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Transfer of a Controlled Substance. His bond has not been set.
