Two Arrested in Monroe County Drug Bust

MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A traffic stop ends with two drug arrests in Monroe County.

Tammy Carter, 44, Arretsed

The two were arrested over the weekend. Both are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Randy Hathcock, 57, Arrested
