WATCH: Former Hamilton Lion and ICC defensive back Quinshay Heard signed to continue his football career at Division 2 powerhouse West Georgia next season.

Heard racked up 54 tackles with two forced fumbles in his sophomore season at ICC.

West Georgia went 9-4 in 2017, ranking first in the Gulf South Conference.
