Staying Cool & Dry
TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy conditions stick around. Look for lows in the 30s.
THURSDAY: Plan on more clouds than sun with highs in the 40s. A few lucky spots may touch 50°. Winds from the NW between 5 and 15 mph are expected to develop.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Dry conditions will hold here with lows in the 20s. A mix of rain and snow is possible across parts of southern Mississippi and Alabama but impacts look minor. We can’t rule out some frozen precipitation getting as close to us as the I-20 corridor but all data suggest our coverage area is NOT going to be impacted. Just be aware of this if you happen to be traveling in that direction early Friday morning.
FRIDAY: We’ll enjoy more sun overall along with some lingering clouds. Highs are going to struggle to reach the mid 40s! Look for more 20s Friday night.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny skies return! Highs are going to be back into the low to mid 50s.
SUNDAY: Temperatures take a dip back down into the 40s in the wake of another cold front. Mostly sunny skies continue.
MONDAY: Another quick warm up to around 60° is likely under mostly sunny skies.
TUESDAY: Fair weather is going to hold but temperatures should tumble back into the 40s.
