Falcons Pair Pickens, Jones Sign To JUCO Basketball

NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) — Talented Ingomar basketball pair Jatyja Jones and Jay Pickens signed to continue their basketball careers at the JUCO level.

Jones signed with Jones County and Pickens signed with Northwest.

Jones helped the Lady Falcons to a third straight state title, playing key minutes off the bench, averaging 12.4 points per game and 1.7 steals per game.

Pickens finished his senior year as a member of Ingomar’s 2,000 point career club, averaging 17 points per game, along with 2.7 steals per game.
