Slight Warm Up To End Work Week.
TODAY: A mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the upper 60s. Winds southeast at 5-10 mph. Overnight, a cold front approaches from the west, and could trigger a couple of isolated showers. More spots than not stay dry. Lows in the mid to upper 40s. Chance of rain around 10%.
THU/FRI: Some clouds remain through the end of the work week. Highs in the upper 60s Thursday and low 70s Friday. Overnight lows in the low 40s Thursday night and mid to upper 50s Friday night.
SATURDAY: A second, more robust cold front pushes through our area Saturday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely. Forecast models have backed off any severe weather threat, as limited surface moisture will inhibit destabilization of the atmosphere. Some spots may see some beneficial rainfall, but no severe weather is anticipated. Highs in the low 70s. Rain should clear overnight, with lows in the upper 30s.
SUN/MON/TUE: Sunny and calm behind the front. High temperatures remain below the 60° mark both Monday and Tuesday, and we return to the low 60s Wednesday. A freeze looks likely Sunday and Monday nights.
