Booneville Man Arrested For Reportedly Assaulting A Disabled Woman

PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Booneville man is arrested after allegedly assaulting a disabled woman.

James Baxter Barron, 28, was arrested last Thursday, March 22, for Abuse on a Vulnerable Person.

The reported victim is a 63-year-old disabled woman.

After his arrest, Prentiss County Deputies tacked on another charge after Barron was reportedly found in possession of a controlled substance.

Bond is set at $10,000.
