Utilities Employee Wanted For Embezzlement

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Starkville Utilities employee turns herself into police after felony warrant is issued.

Yesterday, October 16, Billye J. Asherbranner, of Steens, was arrested for embezzlement.

Although she bonded shortly after her arrest on a $5,000 bond, she must still appear in court Monday, November 6.
