SEMIFINALS SET: Slow-Pitch Softball Playoff Results

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Slow-pitch softball teams from around the WCBI viewing area battled for a ticket to the semifinals.

CLASS 1

Hamilton defeats Ingomar
Game One: Ingomar wins, 20-10
Game Two: Hamilton wins, 23-13
Game Three: Hamilton wins, 25-16

East Webster defeats Myrtle
Game One: East Webster wins, 10-7
Game Two: Myrtle wins, 5-3
Game Three: East Webster wins, 9-4

Hamilton hosts East Webster in the North Half final, which begins Tuesday, October 17th.

CLASS 2

West Lauderdale defeats Amory
Game One: W. Lauderdale wins, 14-4
Game Two: Amory wins, 19-18
Game Three: W. Lauderdale wins, 17-12

Nettleton defeats Choctaw Central
Game One: Nettleton wins, 17-11
Game Two: Nettleton wins, 14-12

Nettleton and West Lauderdale will meet for the North Half Final on Tuesday.
