VIDEO: Tornado Formed Over Tupelo

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI)- The remnants of former Hurricane Harvey crawled across our viewing area today, spinning off multiple tornadoes.

Jermy Stevens was at Carlock Toyota in Tupelo right after the tornado warning was issued and took this video (above).

In the video you can see, the funnel was formed and stretching downwards, although there have been no reports that it ever touched ground.

The Tornado Warning for Lee County was issued around 1:30pm and was in affect until 2:15 this evening.
