BREAKING – Possible Tornado Touchdown In Northeast Mississippi

UNDATED (WCBI) – A storm system spawned by the remnants of Hurricane Harvey is causing damage in North Mississippi.

Itawamba County Sheriff Chris Dickinson says at least one home has been damaged along Highway 370 between the Kirkville Community and the city of Baldwyn.  No injuries have been reported at this time.    Officers in Prentiss County are also reporting trees down at the intersection of Highway 366 and County Road 5334.   Both areas were under active tornado warnings at the time of the damage reports.    Stay with WCBI on air and online for the continuing coverage of the storms.
