Video: Columbus Landmark Receiving Makeover
COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Volunteers put in a little elbow grease before painting begins on a downtown Columbus landmark.
The group is doing prep work before an outline of a mural is drawn on the one hundred six foot long wall this weekend.
All of the work is happening at the old Magnolia Bowl.
The mural will be on the Fifth Street side, behind Franklin Academy.
Painting of the mural is expected to begin next week.
