James was with at least one other person after his escape but no decision has been made on whether anyone will face charges of aiding his escape.  Sheriff Tim Mitchell adds his office is still determining what additional charges will be filed against James .  He says he knows James will be charged with escape, car theft and a charge related to threatening deputies with the knife
