Columbus Man Charged With Embezzlement

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – A Columbus man is accused of filling up his vehicle on his employer’s dime.

36-year-old Sidney White of Columbus is charged with embezzlement.

Lowndes County detectives say White worked for Mid-South Signs and was using the company gas card for personal use.

The alleged price tag rolled up to about $1,500.00 over a two or three month period.
