Video: FDA Seizes Hundreds of Packaged Pills From a Lowndes County Adult Store

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Federal Drug Administration seizes hundreds of packaged pills from a Lowndes County shop earlier this week.

A search warrant was served June 5th at Sensations, an adult store near the Columbus Air Force Base.

The investigation centers on the sale of capsules, containing ingredients not approved by the FDA.

According to the search warrant, agents searched the store and seized several items, including sexual enhancement pills, Western Union invoices to China, along with wire receipts, and a FDA Notice Letter from this past April.

Some of the seized supplements reportedly contained the same active ingredients found in prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis.
